The Rachna College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) is one of the new generations of Pakistani Colleges with a progressive and innovative outlook. The College is planned to grow as a modern center of excellence for research and development in the fields of Engineering and Technology. Therefore, academic quality and spirit of excellence are its cherished objectives. RCET is committed to the development of indigenous Technology in the country and to emerge as a beacon of light for the country's Engineering and Technological progress and needs.

Realizing the urgent need for Technological and Engineering education in the region, the Government of Punjab decided to set up Rachna College of Engineering and Technology in 2002 by pooling together the resources of the Govt. and regional industries. RCET is thus a unique venture for the promotion of quality technical education in the country.
I assure you that the College administration and my team are totally committed to produce Engineers of a very high caliber, capable of developing indigenous technology to meet the growing demands of the new millennium.
